The White Pass & Yukon Route
August, 21010

Built in 1898, during the Klondike Gold Rush, the White Pass & Yukon Route narrow-guage railway climbs 914m as it covers just 32km. Today the scenic railway carries visitors from Skagway, on the Alaskan coast, to Fraser just across the White Pass Summit in the Canadian territory of British Columbia.
